Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward? Have you lost your joy and hope? Do you lack time for rest or connections? Are you feeling alone, unheard, unseen, and not understood? You sense something needs to change but don’t know how?
As a therapist, I help my clients understand themselves and others. Together we identify and break free from self-limiting beliefs and unhealthy patterns that get in the way of who you want to be. I provide a safe place to process and explore root issues and your deepest concerns and longings. I guide my clients to become more balanced and connected, find hope and joy again, and move towards emotional, relational, physical and spiritual well-being.
In therapy, I delight in helping people communicate and connect in healthy ways that honor God and each other. I have a passion for working with women who are dealing with conflict, anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, codependency, perfectionism, and transitions in life. My work is attachment-based and trauma-informed. I bring my specialized training and experience in IFS, SE, EMDR, Sand Tray and IFIO in an integrated approach tailored to clients’ needs. I consider it a privilege and have a heart to walk alongside people journeying toward hope, healing, and wholeness.
I am a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and an MBA from Northwestern University.
My husband and I have two grown children. Besides loving what I do as a therapist, I also enjoy time with friends and loved ones over a good meal or coffee, walking in nature, reading, learning, and playing with my grandkids.
