Hi… Have you ever wondered, “What’s wrong with me?” “Why am I like this?” It’s important to understand that whatever you’re feeling didn’t start with you. Instead, it’s a result of what has happened—or didn’t happen—in your life. Experiencing a traumatic event can deeply impact your sense of safety, self, and emotional regulation. That’s why I want to ask, “What happened to you?” or “What didn’t?” I firmly believe that having the right support can make all the difference during life’s toughest times. As a therapist, I am dedicated to being that steadfast companion on your journey.
My passion lies in assisting individuals facing various challenges, particularly young adults, couples, and women of all ages. Whether you’re dealing with family dynamics, abuse, life transitions, unhealthy relationships, faith crises, or emotional struggles, my approach is to listen attentively, provide a safe space for your story to unfold, and empower you to harness your internal strengths to navigate life’s hurdles healthily. Remember, seeking professional help isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a courageous step toward resilience and growth. I’m here to walk alongside you.
