Rate: $120 / session

Life’s circumstances or our own inner world may feel overwhelming.  As a dedicated and compassionate therapist I recognize that it is a courageous step to pursue counseling, and I consider it a privilege to support you through that journey. I’m passionate about lending that support to individuals, teens and parents at any age and stage.  Due to my background in ministry I also have a deep desire to walk alongside those who are experiencing ministry burnout or who want to have greater resilience for longevity in ministry. 

My goal is to create a safe, comforting space where you can feel heard and understood.  I approach therapy with empathy and curiosity.  I love a collaborative effort , and will seek to work with you to reach your goals and navigate the road blocks you may meet on the way. 

 I believe in a holistic approach, considering not just the individual but also their support system and environment, both past and present.  

When not in the office,  you can find me spending time with my husband and three kids, drinking coffee (you’ll probably see that in the office too) or daydreaming about my next trip.
