If you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or relationship struggles, you’re not alone. Therapy provides a space for understanding, relief, and growth, and I’m here to help.

I’m passionate about helping women navigate anxiety, depression, perfectionism, trauma, and women’s health issues like infertility and postpartum challenges. My approach is attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and interpersonal, providing a safe space to work through grief, loss, transitions, and relational difficulties. Using EMDR, we can reprocess trauma, reduce distress, and restore balance for those feeling stuck.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Seminary and certifications in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Prepare/Enrich. My background includes ministry work in campus, church, and youth settings, giving me insight into the unique challenges faced by those in similar roles.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me cooking up something new in the kitchen, digging in my garden, staying active, or working on a puzzle.

Together, we’ll work to uncover the root of your struggles, build resilience, and move towards greater clarity and well-being. If you’re ready to take that first step toward change, I’m here to support you. Reach out today to start the conversation.

If you are unsure about whether or not you could benefit from therapy, or if we would be a good fit, I am happy to answer any questions you may have. You are also welcome to leave me a voicemail at 636-779-0310, and I will reach back out to you by phone.
