I have a particular interest in coming alongside individuals who are feeling stuck and overwhelmed. Life is full of joy and beauty, but also pain and struggle that can become disorienting and debilitating. Whether you are enduring a fractured relationship, a clamorous “inner critic,” a profound sense of hopelessness, crippling fear, or another difficulty, I can empower you to gain clarity about your dilemmas and to courageously acknowledge your emotions, desires, and fears. With a curious and compassionate presence, I invite my clients into the process of transforming their relationship with themselves. By helping my clients cultivate a renewed sense of meaning in their lives, I help them advance from compulsive dependence on restrictive survival strategies to meaningful, connected, and purposeful flourishing.
I hold the Registered Play Therapist™ credential and received specialized training in integrating sandtray in therapy. With over a decade of experience utilizing play in therapeutic work, I can creatively connect with children and facilitate their expression of emotion and needs. I came alongside children experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, parents’ divorce, or bereavement and assist parents and caregivers in supporting their children at home. Additionally, I am passionate about strengthening the parent-child relationship and empowering parents with perspective, tools, and self-compassion to help them experience more confidence and joy.
