I believe in a collaborative approach to the therapeutic process that involves an integration of evidence-based skills and techniques specific to each client. I hope to create a safe, non-judgmental space that supports my clients in their own growth and healing in such a way that they do not have to do it alone.

I love working with couples and families as well as people navigating life transitions, grief and loss, cancer, family dynamic issues, infertility, pregnancy loss, and trauma in general.

With an integrative and interpersonal approach to supporting clients in meeting our set goals, clients experience the empowerment of building resilience, coping with stressors, healing and deepening relationships, and finding balance in life. It’s my hope that clients will not only experience healing of wounds, but grow to embody true flourishing and enjoy the beauty of their life.
