Life’s complexities and broken relationships can twist and distort the life we were meant to live. We long to experience the fullness of life, but sometimes we find ourselves…stuck. Perhaps you can relate. Or maybe you can resonate with poet Mary Oliver when she asks “are you breathing just a little and calling it a life?”
Whatever part of your story you may find yourself in… whether it be the beginning, the aftermath, the thick of it… it all matters.
Our stories make us who we are, and I genuinely want to hear yours.
I delight in meeting my clients right where they are and collaborating to develop meaningful goals aimed at health and healing. My work is rooted in attachment theory, interpersonal process, with a special interest in how the enneagram might illuminate a path for growth. In our sessions we will foster a safe place for exploration of who you are and how you’ve come to be in the world, which might not always be comfortable. But good things rarely are.
There is hope. There can be healing. Life does not have to stay this way. I would love to walk with you as we find a new way.
I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Covenant Theological Seminary, and when I’m out of the office, I spend most of my time trying out creative pizza topping combinations or spending time with my husband and our three kids (who also really dig creative pizza topping combinations).
